Okay, but, there is literally no reason you won’t lose weight. If you keep restricting and fasting and exercising, there’s literally NO way you won’t lose weight. You will reach your goal weight, no doubt, unless you give up. Keep yourself controlled, and there’s no way you won’t reach it. Even if it takes ages, but just think. All you need to do today is exercise and restrict, and tomorrow you’ll wake up closer to your goal. Repeat, repeat, repeat, and you will get there.

I stepped on the scale this morning and started crying. 130 to 119 in five days.
If anyone’s curious I usually:
🌸 aim for less than 300 cal a day, but anything under five hundred is okay.
🌸eat a small breakfast, like a banana or a small bowl of cereal, and then fast through lunch. I can’t avoid dinner because I still live with family, so I eat as little as possible there.
🌸it may be gross, but chew and spit is how I got through most of my cravings. I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and found it so hard to avoid that stuff, so if I really want to taste it I’ll chew it and then spit it out.
🌸don’t bring any food to school so I’m not tempted, and the rule is no matter what whenever I pass a water fountain I have to drink from it.
🌸speaking of water, I have to drink at least ten glasses a day. It’s really hard to do, but it keeps me full. Also, zero cal water flavours are my life. It makes it less of a chore and keeps my sweet tooth in check!!
🌸I aim for at least ten thousand steps a day, and I try and work out every night.
🌸I don’t eat after dinner, as it makes me feel bloated the next morning.
🌸I find it hard to sleep when I’m hungry though, so I have davids tea ‘mothers little helper’ which makes you sleepy, I also put on a lavender diffuser, and take melatonin supplements before bed.

• Unless for specific reasons do not carry money with me (temptation to buy food/calorific drinks)
•NEVER get the bus home always walk
•Only eat dinner unless family are home there for try to stick to only two meals
•work out every day (or at least every other day)
• Shower at least every other day.
•NEVER finnish my meal
•if there is the option always have whole wheat not white avoid starch anywhere possible never get the bus to town!
•if buying coffee dont get latte and get milk substitute or even better black
•never take lift down stairs at college even if all my friends are
•stay with friends as long as possible to kill time and add steps.
•drink at least two bottles of water a day
• Avoid dairy where possible dont use condiments
•always have water whilst eatting
